Why 100% silicone.

Water beading on a white silicone RV roof around the air conditioner and a vent
Waterproof
Low spots on an RV roof hold water. 100% silicone stays bonded and keeps that water on top of the roof.
Sunlight hitting a white RV roof and reflecting away, with the cabin staying cool
Reflects 88%
It reflects 88% of sunlight. The roof runs cooler, so the air conditioner works less.
A roof coating flexing under sun, rain, wind, and cold
Weathering Resistance
Rain, snow, wind, and dust hit a flat roof all year. The coat flexes instead of cracking, resists mold, and the white stays cleaner.

Three steps. One day.

  1. 01

    Inspect

We walk the roof and mark seams, vents, skylights, and any soft spots before a drop of coating goes down.

  2. 02

    Clean

The surface is cleaned and dried. Every penetration is sealed so water has nowhere to start.

  3. 03

    Coat

One coat of white 100% silicone, rolled to a uniform satin. No patches. No lap lines from the driveway.

We come to the driveway.

Anywhere in California. No shop drop-off. The rig stays where it is parked.

Questions

How long does a roof take?+

Most van and trailer roofs are finished in a single day, once the surface is dry and the weather holds.

Which roofs can you coat?+

Rubber, fiberglass, and metal roofs on any RV: motorhomes, camper vans, and trailers. We inspect first and tell you if a coat is the wrong fix.

Do I need to be there?+

Yes. The vehicle stays parked. We need a clear path around it and access to the roof.

Why white?+

A fresh white membrane reflects more sun than a dark or chalked roof, so the interior stays cooler and the coating takes less UV.
